Caprice Court Drainage Improvements
Contek was engaged by Manningham City Council to conduct works in order to mitigate the flood risk in Caprice Court.
As this work involved the complete closure of the road, it was imperative that Contek was actively engaged with keeping the residents of the Court informed. Through these discussions, Contek found that one elderly resident required daily medical home visits. As such, Contek ensured free access to carers, without delay.
Construction was carried out with rigorous spotting and safety practices in place, due to the adjacent overhead power supply. All work was carried out in a safe and timely manner with all stakeholders pleased with the outcome.
