Seddon Reserve Netball Court

Contek Constructions was engaged by Banyule City Council to build two new compliant netball courts. To facilitate construction, Contek was obliged to construct a temporary access track past the pavilion building and playground, then demolish and reinstate upon completion of the project. with an appropriate traffic and pedestrian management plan in place, access and traffic was safely managed with an outcome that pleased the client and stakeholders.
Contek is particularly proud of this project as we were able to deliver the project within the specified timeframe in a safe manner. Banyule City Council and sporting clubs praised Contek highly on the product delivered.

Main Scope:

• Bulk earthworks
• Drainage (Subsoil and outfall)
• 1600² Low tolerance asphalt paving, overlaid with Synpave acrylic coating
• WSUD and landscaping works
• Fencing, netball rings and posts to NV requirements
