Ilim College (Glenroy Campus) Carpark Alterations

Contek was engaged by MSM Architects to carry out a major overhaul and extension of the existing carparks at their Glenroy Campus.
A live site, Contek coordinated with the College to stage works appropriately, so as to minimize disruption to the school's faculty and parents. Highly disruptive works were carried out during school holidays and weekends.
The project saw Contek install a major drainage upgrade to augment the new and expanded asphalt pavements. A network of concrete footpaths was placed with fencing to better facilitate the safe movement of the students.
The project was illuminated with a new public lighting system, and sliding gates and boom gates were installed to the entrance/exit and to the staff parking area respectively.
